Can a company sue me because I post a sign on my property. It has the company name with a circle and slash?

Its Dish Network....I don't care how good you think they are......I'm only concerned abuot the sign.

lol how and why would they sue you? remember that amendment- free speech! plus, unless they sit on their butts all day eating potato chips and watching tv, theyd have something better to do than track you down and sue you. a pointless case in which they will obviously lose, lol.

You aren't making any claims about them. You're just expressing displeasure. That's not libelous.

They might be able to make a claim against any proceeds (income) you make off of your sign ... but that's about it.
