just cos you paid for it straight away dont mean they accepted your order

question is - was your order confirmed?
If it was then they have no legal right to ask you for more money.
(are you sure you've been charged? sometimes a company puts a "reserve" sum on your credit card immediately on order, but you are not actually charged until goods are shipped)

There is also the distance selling regs that require them to deliver the item within 30 days unless they pointed out that delivery would be in excess of 30 days when you placed the order. and you agreed to the longer delivery.

You could just tell them that unless they deliver the goods within 30 days (at the original price) they will be in breach of the DSR and you will complain to the office of fair trading.

Hi, once the company accepted your money you have a contract with them at the price they offered. they cannot legally ask you for more money, You have a few options
1 pay the extra as they have asked
2 ask for a refund on the grounds that they have not fulfilled there contract.
3 just tell them to send you the item at the price they quoted, this third option is the most tricky one but it is worth a try.
did you pay by credit card if so and the item was over £100 call your card provider and ask them to help.

Just thought it may be a scam site (copying a genuine site) and they are trying to steal more money from you. Get in touch with your card company right away.
