Can I hire a property manager represent me(landlord) during eviction process?

I am going to file eviction against one of my lazy tenant soon. But I also need to fly out of country for a business trip. Can I hire a property manager to represent me while I am not available? (Can property manager represent me for court hearing, or file writ of possession? )

No, they had to be working as the property manager when the lease was signed. They are now third party.

You have to hire an attorney. Only an attorney can practive law.

Yes, if the following 2 conditions are met:

(1) Your existing lease states that you have the right to hire a property manager, and

(2) You can find a property manager to do that for you.
