Can I run a business any way I wish?

Discuss anything to do with property law - buying, selling property

Can I run a business any way I wish?

Postby artek57 » Mon Mar 19, 2012 9:03 pm

Say I open a business or whatever, have all the permits, etc.

I can legally hire people to work for me if I own a property where my store is, right?

Say I make a killing in sales and choose to keep everything laid low ... don't go expensive and fancy yet.

Can I then pay my employees double the price, rearrange the selling menu to very small value, attract more customers and keep getting richer?

I have $125,000.00 to begin this all, and I'm confident that my plan WILL succeed, and possibly become a chain.

Any feedback?

It only sounds like an idea. Now you need to write a business plan to prove that your idea is workable. Go to http://sba.gov/smallbusinessplanner/plan/writeabusinessplan/index.html or http://www.score.org/template_gallery.html for instructions on how to write a business plan and sample business plans.
