Chinese citizen are in general not exempt from the visa requirement for the Republic of Ireland (ROI).
Your parents who are visiting you in the UK on a visitors visa (type C) can travel to Dublin without the need to get another visa for the ROI based on Irish Visa Waiver Programme (VWP).

As holder of a Tier 2 visa however you are not subject to the provisions of the Irish Visa Programme. If caught in the Republic of Ireland without a proper Irish visa you risk deportation - not back to the UK but to your home country. Don't take that risk but apply for an Irish visa before travelling. It is free of charge based on the fact that China participates in the Irish VWP.
