Can my landlord take over a shed that is on the property I rent from him? I have a lease.?

You said your lease does not include the shed so that doesn't mean you have access to it. The property belongs to the landlord.

Your lease probably has a description of the apartment and space that you are leasing. If it does not include the shed, I'm not sure why you think you have rights to it.

Your lease may say something about his rights to be on the property (like, that he needs to give 24 hours unless it's an emergency), which you might be able to use to make it difficult / unappealing to access the shed, but that's the only option I can think of.

I see. Having ignored the shed for the whole time you've been there, now you see the OWNER wanting to use it, you suddenly decide you want to use it yourself. Female tenants can be so tricky

The fact that the lease does not exclude the shed does not mean that it's included either. What DOES the lease INCLUDE? Most likely the house only. Never assume anything.

Unless your lease includes access/use of the shed, you have no rights to use it.

Does the lease specifically refer to the property itself? If not, you only rent the house.
