Your lease probably has a description of the apartment and space that you are leasing. If it does not include the shed, I'm not sure why you think you have rights to it.
Your lease may say something about his rights to be on the property (like, that he needs to give 24 hours unless it's an emergency), which you might be able to use to make it difficult / unappealing to access the shed, but that's the only option I can think of.
