I was also wondering if one could receive a record of the speeds recorded by a radar

You could file a discovery motion to request it. They would charge you an administrative charge and a per copy fee. Probably around $100

No because speeding tickets have private information on them such as peoples addresses and phone numbers etc. They will probably tell you how many they issued for the day but you won't get any more than that.

No way would you be able to get a list of speeding tickets issued. That would violate everyone's right to privacy as you have no legal reason to know those details. As far as the speeds recorded by radar, that's highly unlikely as well as I can't imagine those statistics being gathered by any police department. If you are charged with speeding via the use of radar, you certainly can request at trial that the officer using the radar provide proof that the particular set used was certified and tested as being accurate. If you have been charged with speeding and are contesting it, forget your personal opinions and your self-congratulating 'smarts'. You are not smarter than the trained officer or the prosecutor and will only make a fool of yourself. You cannot come up with any legal reason for dismissal since they have all been tried by people likely much smarter than you. You will only make a fool of yourself and leave bitter and disappointed. Get a lawyer or ticket-defence-specialist to have any hope of winning. Good luck anyway..
