It is a shame...but no.I think that's been tried ( currently ?) . Not worked so far .Getting standing to sue, is the difficult part It's been tried by states , with mixed success so far , in regards to the EPA's apparent refusal to enforce certain regulations . In a recent case the (so-called "conservative"!?) Supreme Court may have eliminated any possibility for an individual to have standing to sue the federal government , about any action, that's doesn't directly involve that individual . If I can remember what it was ( #*%#$&!!! concussions ;D), I'll get more detail .
