In order to sue you would need to show a particularized harm (general taxpapers status is not enough).

Damn GOOD question. It would be the will of the majority of law-abiding tax payers of this country...any ambitious constitutional lawyers out there? We should follow up by prosecuting congressional members for not protecting this nations' laws, borders, and interests...and I'm not talking about business either...I'm talking about the interest of the people. Don't the elected swear an oath before taking office to protect the constitution and the country? What do we, as a society, do with doctors who knowingly and willingly violate the hypocratic oath? Actually, what politicians like Obama do is more like treason...what do we do with traitors?

I think that's been tried ( currently ?) . Not worked so far .Getting standing to sue, is the difficult part It's been tried by states , with mixed success so far , in regards to the EPA's apparent refusal to enforce certain regulations . In a recent case the (so-called "conservative"!?) Supreme Court may have eliminated any possibility for an individual to have standing to sue the federal government , about any action, that's doesn't directly involve that individual . If I can remember what it was ( #*%#$&!!! concussions ;D), I'll get more detail .

It is a shame...but no.

I do believe that anyone who votes for this should be re-called, or in the case of the pres...this is the one thing I would support impeaching him for.
