I'm behind on my child support payments to a lot of my kids. The laws are simply put unfair and impossible to comply with unless you work 6 jobs. I have 16-19 kids, 3 of them haven't yet been confirmed with a paternity test. Most of the mothers have given up on trying to get child support out of me but 7 of them are pushing it and making my life a living hell. There is no way I could hope to support that many kids and it's absolutly unfair for the courts to not even consider my needs in the situation. They keep garnishing my wages and it's SO HARD to just get along going at a job and then the wage garnishments come along after a few months and I need to quit and find a new job. I had a boss for awhile that paid under the table and that was nice but those are tough to come by.
Recently my sister declared bankruptcy and all of her creditors debts just dissapeared. Car payments, credit cards, all wiped clean. Can I declare bankruptcy and have my child support bills wiped clean? I only work 30 hours a week anyway and I have too much going on in my social life to get a second job so I don't have a whole lot of options.

You should have thought of that and wrapped your package after the first couple! I don't feel sorry for you. I for one do not ask for child support for my sons father as I know it would be a fight and he's useless anyways. However I live in Alaska, and the laws here are amazing for children. He doesn't pay child support voluntarily then I am not obligated to allow him in my sons life, which I do not allow him to be as I said, he's a druggie and a bad influence. My son is being raised by my husband (his step father) and he doesn't know anyone but my husband as his father and thas the way it will stay.
