Can you legally sell art made with recycled materials?

Say I were to make a dress out of Skittles wrappers or some other candy, and then sell the dress at some sort of art show. Would I be allowed to do this, since the Skittles are trademarked/copyrighted?

Can I make money off of it? I'm not claiming the Skittles as my own, but am saving the planet and keeping their garbage out of landfills.

Yes, since trademarks have nothing to do with art unless you are doing art fraud, and its copyrights can't be enforced cause of limitations.

Just google Andy Warhol and Campbell soap.
