I have just had a baby by my ex-wife, we have been separated since before the baby was born.
I really want to get custody of the child because the mum is unfit to be a parent. she has diagnosed anger management problems, no job or money, a long family history of anti social behaviour, alcohol abuse, and is unable to even look after herself without a government carer.

The only problem is that I am not a australian citizen.
Is there any way I can try to get custody of my baby?
Please please help!!!
