Chris Noth

I have recently become a Law & Order fan and, thanks to a local station playing reruns, I have been able to see almost every episode.

But, earlier this week, our little part of the world suffered from an ice storm and our power was out for three days.

Within those three days, Chris Noth was written out of the show and Benjamin Bratt took his place.  I missed Chris leaving the show!

What was the story?  How was he written out?  What was "Lenny's" reaction to the new guy?

Please let me know.  I can't sleep at nights!  :)
