College students please answer me this? lawyers please answer too?

Postby webb » Sat Oct 29, 2011 4:18 pm

so i see this online parents who cosign for their kids and then if a roommate goes bonkers they the parent then sues the roommate when roommate did nothhing. i know this illegal since in law and lease a cosigner is own for assest. it violates civil liberties. i think my disrespectful roommates will try this. what piss me off though its not the roommate who owns s... its the other one muching and then acting like it his when he has persmission but any law on this when it comes to roommate squaibles will be this abuse and be squised . so i cant wash their dishes after three days because i signed a lease not touching s... but when they get me sick knowling i will have them for attempt manslaughter like they do for aids and parterners in nyc. i cant watch tv in common areas its theri tv but the friend can but i pay ulties and rent in common area i basically take it in their room so hasnt landlord on previous roomate. so why is it roommates act like its my property i can violate law and think their lawyers i seroiuslly wanna know because i know how to read law i studied history.

You seem to be pretty certain about what you believe the law is, so what is your question?

By the way, unless you are in law school and beyond your first year, it is doubtful that you know how to find the law and know the legal principles to apply it properly.

Generally, there are no laws or ordinances which concern how roommates are to treat each other and each others' property.
