There is a cop in my area who has it out for me and I really have no idea why. I have a lifted truck that's really distinct (a ton of customizations) everything on it is legal and is within height standards by my state. So he pulled me over yesterday( after court mind you because he accused me of running a red light didn't pull me over when I supposedly ran it but came to me house several hours later) anyway, he pulled me over "for swerving" I had hit a pot hole. Then asked to search for drugs. Of course I was irritated but still polite and gave him permission because I AM NOT a drug user. I have completely tore the inside of my truck apart for cleaning and reupholstering. There is no way drugs could be in there! He said he found pot( of course there wasn't any and didn't show me said pot.) And had my truck impounded! There is literally no way there would be drugs in there! What can I do?! Is this harassment he is always pulling me and making stuff up I have no idea why he doesn't like Me!

I would be going to his Boss,"Chief" and fileing a complaint, if that doesnt work ,try The DA,and bring harassment charges against him, You may have to hire a lawyer.

If all of this is 100% true as you said, and there is no embellishment here, then obviously you have a good complaint against him. Call his supervisor, as he is probably facing several days off and up to termination for violating your civil rights.

Although, I doubt this is "all the truth". I think there is more here, since like I said he is facing termination for this behavior, all to "mess with you".

I have trouble believing this but I'll answer as if it's true...

Get yourself a lawyer and bring the cop to court to fight your charges. What he's doing is illegal and if you can prove that you never had drugs and that this guy is lying, he'll lose his job.
