Criminal/Family Law Questions?

I do not have a question myself however I did want to tell everyone that if you have a question regarding criminal or family law I would like to try and help. No I am not a lawyer however I have worked in law firms for years and have one degree and I am currently attending college to obtain another degree. I know alot about Florida Law and that is what I prefer but if you have questions about other states I have alot of great refrences so I still may be able to help..

I was convicted of burglary they gave me 3 years probation at the end of 18 months the felony would be dropped with good behavior i cannot find work and i have little money to live on or pay bills and they expect me to pay them 55 in fines every month if i go back to court and tell them that i would like to go back to school but that my felony is holding me back would they consider dropping it early is this common my friend told me to do it but i wasn't sure if she knew what the heck she was talking about

please take a few minutes to read the guidelines. the format is for the poster to ASK a question, and get replies from the other person. You are treating it as a bulletin board, which is not how it works.
