Damage During Tavr

my 87-year old father had tavr in the Cleveland center march 8.  invested approximately. Seven days within the clinic.  was delivered to medical home for therapy.  on follow-up trip to center, with much marketing, the cardiologist decided that anything wasn't "correct" together with his rehabilitation. He delivered us to some specialist who stated he's back injury.  he's no kidney or bowel control, he cant stay, sit-up by himself.  Actually the cardiologist stated anything needed to occur during surgery.  Where do we proceed from below besides back therapy.  can there be a suit below to assist with costs?
