Ok folks here's a deal. In summer 2008 I ordered a wireless internet 2yr service plan from Singular (now AT&T) in Radioshack retail store in upstate NY. Since I had almost no credit history back that days, they've asked for a $500 deposit which will NOT be refunded UNLESS I'd cancel my order in 2 weeks. I canceled in in exactly 7 days because the Internet speed in the area I was residing was VERY slow. They said I'd get my refund in 14 days minus that 7 days of usage. I said ok and forgot about it (had more important things to do). Now I was going through some old papers and found that receipt from Radioshack. Checked some old statements - they've NEVER sent me my money back. I called them today, they said I will never see my money back because too much time passed and I waited too long. These assholes are looking for people like me to rob and take money that are not belonged to them. That money are still mine no matter how much time gone, I want them back. Do you know any consumer rights organizations who deal with situations like this or any other ways to get them back?
