did you know that never was in Israel such a thing as "Palestinians"?
These Arabs are invading to israel from Jordan in Black September events.

The land Israel is the promised land to Israelis from the Bible by God.

Israeli has every right to build his house as anyone in the world!

Period 587 BCE
Empire Babylonian
Major Events Destruction of the first Temple.

Period 538-333 BCE
Empire Persian
Major Events Return of the exiled Jews from Babylon and construction of the second Temple (520-515 BCE).

Period 333-63 BCE
Empire Hellenistic
Major Events Conquest of the region by the army of Alexander the Great (333 BCE). The Greeks generally allowed the Jews to run their state. But, during the rule of the king Antiochus IV, the Temple was desecrated. This brought about the revolt of the Maccabees, who established an independent rule. The related events are celebrated during the Hanukah holiday.

Period 63 BCE-313 CE
Empire Roman
Major Events The Roman army led by Titus conquered Jerusalem and destroyed the Second Temple at 70 CE. Jewish people were then exiled and dispersed to the Diaspora. In 132, Bar Kokhba organized a revolt against Roman rule, but was killed in a battle in Bethar in Judean Hills. Subsequently the Romans decimated the Jewish community, renamed Jerusalem as Aelia Capitolina and Judea as Palaestina to obliterate Jewish identification with the Land of Israel (the word Palestine, and the Arabic word Filastin originate from this Latin name).

The remaining Jewish community moved to northern towns in the Galilee. Around 200 CE the Sanhedrin was moved to Tsippori (Zippori, Sepphoris). The Head of Sanhedrin, Rabbi Yehuda HaNassi (Judah the Prince), compiled the Jewish oral law, Mishna.

Period 313-636
Empire Byzantine

Period 636-1099
Empire Arab
Major Events Dome of the Rock was built by Caliph Abd el-Malik on the grounds of the destroyed Jewish Temple.

Period 1099-1291
Empire Crusaders
Major Events The crusaders came from Europe to capture the Holy Land following an appeal by Pope Urban II, and massacred the non-Christian population. Later Jewish community in Jerusalem expanded by immigration of Jews from Europe.

Period 1291-1516
Empire Mamluk

Period 1516-1918
Empire Ottoman
Major Events During the reign of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent (1520-1566) the walls of the Old City of Jerusalem were rebuilt. Population of the Jewish community in Jerusalem increased.

Period 1917-1948
Empire British
Major Events Great Britain recognized the rights of the Jewish people to establish a "national home in Palestine". Yet they greatly curtailed entry of Jewish refugees into Israel even after World War II. They split Palestine mandate into an Arab state which has become the modern day Jordan, and Israel.

Did you know that never was such a thing as Palestinians ?

They do exist, as they are defined as people who have descended from or are living in the Palestine area. Palestine is the region around Israel, including Jordan, West Bank, the Gaza Strip, and a little more. The borders of Palestine are not strictly defined, but the general area is accepted to be Palestine.

It is much like the Middle East. There was no definite empire or time period denoting when or where the Middle East was, but we still consider it's peoples 'Middle Easterners'

oh a history lesson from one perspective how quaint, inaccurate from my viewpoint but quaint all the same. If you go back far enough no one in that region exists as a nation state not on the maps I've seen.....hmm oh yes now i remember roman empire days.

So god gave them the land, did he?
That was before he sent the nation of israel his Son, Jesus.
His birth predicted, a direct descendant of King David but the jews did not want a man of peace, preaching forgiveness, tolerance & love thy neighbour.
They wanted an avenging warrior to release them from roman occupation & not embarrass them by throwing jewish money-lenders out of his fathers house.
The land that the jews say is theirs, is NOW long gone, they gave it up the land when they offended their God, by rejecting his son.
& God would not chose murderers or thieves.

I'm sorry to inform you "marcus" that you are very wrong.
Palestine has been mentioned as a land (or people) as early as 1150 BC, under the name Peleset in early Egyptian transcripts, and Palashtu, or Pilistu in Assyrian.
Indeed, some of this area of the middle east has been known throughout history as Palestine, Palaistinia, Plaestina, Filistin, Falastin, Filastin, of some other variation of the name, although no clear boundaries were known. Other parts of this region have also been known in the ancient past to be Judea, Samaria, Galilee, and various kingdoms, such as Israel, Moab, Ammon, Edom and Judah etc.
The whole area mentioned has been in conflict for 3000 years, and during almost all of this period, it has been under occupation by one country (or empire), or another.
During these times of occupation, many names were given to the area in question.

You are completely and utterly wrong when you say the British Mandate was to split Palestine into an Arab State, which has become Jordan and Israel.
This UN partition plan of 1947 allocated some of the land known then as Palestine to the Jewish people, and was discussed thoroughly with all parties involved. The agreement leading to the countries of Jordan, the Lebanon and Syria had already been settled. Britain had not intended to be the administrator for this area, we inherited this role after WW2, because none of the middle east had a functioning government at that time.
What none of the people involved envisaged, is how the Jewish element had planned to forcefully take over the area allocated to the Palestinians immediately after the British mandate ended.
That this happened is the cause of the conflict that Israel faces with Palestinians on a daily basis.
Israel "stole" it's "god given" land.....but at what cost ?
Will the Israeli's forever be willing to pay the huge defence costs involved in keeping what they took ?
Will the American taxpayers be willing to subsidise these costs in the long term ?
How long will the jewish people put up with the hatred that has engulfed their nation, increasingly more Israeli's oppose the official point of view ?
The reality of historical events have been "modified" within Israel to suit it's own purpose, and to justify their previous actions, but the world sees things from outside of this land, and we are not blinded by propaganda !
