As much as I'm tempted to tell you to keep showing that much leg - I do think that a little more length on your skirt would be a great move for a professional woman like yourself.

You are attracting all of the male attention in the office away from the other women; it's a subtle but powerful subconscious power play that all women tend to engage in.

After work, though? I definitely want you rocking those short skirts. :-)

As I said yesterday, when you posted this identical question under Society/culture/etiquette:

Having worked as a patent attorney and corporate attorney in law firms in Washington, D.C., and Boston, I would say you would probably be asked to leave and put some pants on if you were to show up dressed like the woman in the photos. Our associates would not be allowed to wear that outfit at an offsite cocktail party on the weekend, let alone at the office. Partners would have enough good sense. If you don't want to be treated like a joke, then don't dress like one.

Perhaps there are "professions" where such attire is appropriate, under casual circumstances, but legal consulting is probably not one of them.
