and what rights do I have over the building's roof ?!?
let me explain.
I bought an apartment, and it's on the the last/top floor of the building.

I keep having heated arguments with the other residents over how they should keep the area clean/noise free.

they say I don't own the roof, even though it's right above me head.

what does the law say ? is the "roof" my property or everyone's elses's ? do i own it as part of my property/apartment ?

I appreciate your advice.

add.info.: they install satellite dishes 6 feet from me, drink and smoke on the roof, throw garbage ( rusty bikes etc ),

what should I do ?
and it is a VERy expensive beach front prop. in capital city and business center...
