1. EVERY president since the War Powers Act (with the ironic exceptions of both Bushes) was initiated has violated it. Reagan did 3 times.
2. There are a lot of details on Fast and Furious that aren't known. But again, Reagan set ample precedent for dealing arms to our enemies. (Sadaam Hussein, the Nicaraguan Contras, Iran, Osama Bin Laden.)

4. Wrong. The Justice department has sought clarification in every ruling regarding whether the ruling prevented implementation. No judge has ruled that any part of the ACA should cease implementation while appeals are being heard.

6. The stimulus kept the teachers, firefighters, and police officers employed. Until this year, when the stimulus money dried up and Republican governors fired a few hundred thousand.

Bush wrote over 400 signing statements declaring his intent not to enforce laws the way Congress had passed them. And arbitrarily? Hardly. The law is discriminatory. Enforcing the law in question forces the Justice department to violate the 14th amendment. That's hardly an arbitrary decision.
