No. She is just a live in partner. In fact, she is the cause of problems for wife and children, if they have any. A live in partner should never get LEGAL right for the properties or money of the man, simply because she is illegal. He could divorce his wife and make their relation legal, if he wanted but if he has not done so, it means he chose to keep her 'illegal' and she also accepted this position.
