Does anyone here ACTUALLY think there is a difference between Obama and Romney?

Postby larenzo » Wed Apr 11, 2012 12:36 pm

--Both are in support of killing/detaining Americans outside of the justice system. [this was passed into law by Obama - NDAA 2012]
--Both are in support of taking away your personal liberties [Patriot Act and its extensions]
--Both will heavily subsidize corporations and continue to support corporatism. Both will have lobbyists thrive as usual.
--Both will nuke Iran despite the fact that this is unnecessary and absolutely evil
[there is no evidence of nuclear weapons fools, even the CIA says that there is absolutely no evidence that they even plan on having nukes]

I mean the first point shows that neither should be voted in for.

Sad, sad. You = ignorant or stupid if you think you can stand for freedom and vote one of them in. OR you just don't care. =)

Obviously. Ever human being is different than another human being. You pointed out 4 issues which you clearly know nothing about anyway.

Obama singed a statement that he would not detain citizens as per the NDAA, he signed it because they needed to pass the bill for other reasons. Unless he acts on it you have nothing. The Patriot Act is a lengthy bill that has many provisions and it was amended to strengthen civil liberties after it's inception. 2 of your answers predict the future, which is impossible to determine.

Both will bring more of the same. Third party is where it is at!

And I don't think either of them are seriously considering nuking Iran. That would be up there with the dumbest things ever done on planet earth at the moment.

In all reality most Presidential Candidates are pretty much the same, who they try to impress is the only difference.
