My neighbors and I which are mainly apt buildings have a HUGE problem with people's dogs pooping all over and no one picks up, completely oblivious to how it kills our efforts at a nice lawn in a neighborhood that needs a make-over. I have offered different signs which need the code or law that applies to Los Angeles County at the bottom and can't find it. All I can find is:

Los Angeles Municipal Code requires dog defecation to be immediately removed by the owner of the animal.
