No. Its because emails were leaked in which McGinnis pretty much admitted that his book was a bunch of lies based on unsubstantiated nonsense.

In order to prove libel, its not enough to prove the author lied, but to prove the author intentionally lied. With the leaking of the McGinniss emails, this has become easy.

Unfortunately, no such emails were leaked regarding Levi;s book. It can be proven that Levi lied, but it isnt so easy to prove he intentionally lied.

I'd sue both, among many others, if I were her.

Were she anything like she's normally portrayed, the lawsuits would've started in 2008. She has all the ammo she needs to bankrupt so many, but she doesn't.

But, she probably won't and we'll have to hear Libs obsess for years.
