I've seen MMA matches, and even actual fights, where a guy or girl puts their opponent in a triangle choke. To escape this choke, I've seen people slam their opponents on the ground. But when I look at the way they are lifting their opponent, it seems that they are lifting with their back. Therefore, I'm wondering, wouldn't it cause a nerve tear in your spinal cord, or some other sort of back injury. Also:
1. Is it mostly girls who employ triangle chokes, or other leg chokes?
2. Is there any easier way to escape a triangle choke?
3. What situations is a triangle choke best used in?
4.Isn't it possible for the one who is being choked to bite the genitals of the other opponent?
