Electronic Pay Statements

Postby FIynn » Tue Dec 02, 2014 6:09 pm

Which states require we, as an employer, obtain written consent to provide each employee with the ability to view his or her remuneration statement(pay statement) electronically? Is an electronic signature sufficient?
