We may be a third world country. N we may not be as developed as whatever country you're from. But yes we do hav consumer protectn agencies, at least that is ONE thing I know my country makes an effort in. Nd the question was talking bout consumer protection, not fraud n scam. Don't digress.

It's a 3rd world country. I'm pretty sure there aren't any. Ever notice how all of the fraud and scam emails originate out of there? That's why.
