If you want it dismissed, you must go tomorrow, with the original ticket in hand to prove it's your court date. Otherwise, they will reschedule it, and send you a new court date that fits with the officers vacation schedule.

While courts usually are not at forgiving of mistakes on your part, they tend to be extremely forgiving of mistakes on their own part.

court: It has come to our attention that you were supposed to be in court and did not appear.
you: The ticket was not in the system. You messed up.
court: But you knew you were supposed to be here and appearing in a timely manner is your responsibility. You failed to meet that responsibility and are now required to accept the consequences.

Go to court.

Basically it didn't get entered into the system for some reason (either the officer went on a leave or vacation or someone in the office that inputs them did the same). They may in fact dismiss it because you do have a right to a timely disposition of the case, but there are legal rules and procedures to ask for such and unless you specifically ask for them (usually with an attorney $$) they will just issue you a new(er) ticket with a different court date or give you a different court date. Either way YES I would definitely go tomorrow. Anything that I receive no matter what it is from a court I go when specified because i don't want to be entered into a database and have them looking for me. Get pulled over at the worst possible time and have to go to jail..
