Has Anyone Bought Scott McGillivray's Book. Cash Flow For Life?

Postby warton26 » Thu Jul 12, 2012 10:49 am

I'm sure you have all seen Scott McGillivray's tv show "Income Property"... Anyway I have been searching around the web and found some positive reviews on his book "Cash Flow For Life". Just wondering if anyone here has actually bought it, and had any positive experiences with it... I want to get into buying and selling real estate the RIGHT way and thought buying Scott's book would be a great place to start. Thanks in Advance!

Has Anyone Bought Scott McGillivray's Book. Cash Flow For Life?

I purchased Cash Flow for Life a couple of months ago and just recently finished it. My boyfriend and I are also interested in real estate investing and we found Scott McGillivray's book to be extremely beneficial! It explains how he got started, the steps him and his partner (Michael Sarracini) took to begin real estate investing, and how you can do it too. I would suggest purchasing his Quick Start to Cash Flow book alongside Cash Flow for Life depending on where you are at with real estate investing. Cash Flow for Life focuses on long term investing (buy and hold) which requires some amounts of capital BUT Quick Start to Cash Flow explains the short term real estate strategies to use in order to start building that capital if you're just starting out. Sorry if I'm rambling on about the books... We are just really excited that we've found books that actually teach us real estate strategies we can apply to our goals! Good luck with your investing, hope this helps!

Has Anyone Bought Scott McGillivray's Book. Cash Flow For Life?

I purchased the book about 6 months ago, and as someone who has already invested in real estate, I found the book to be very useful. I was looking for something that would make my second investment purchase a little easier, as I had so many questions with my first. I figured that if I was going to buy a book about investing, I wanted to buy from someone with proven experience as an investor themselves. I followed what they had set out in the book on my second investment, and I am so happy that I did. Definitely a good buy if you ask me.

I hope that helps a bit. Also, since your just starting and jumping into real estate investing can be pretty scary, I suggest joining a investors networking group. I actually am a member of the lifetimewealthnetwork.com (which I found out about through the book). A lot of really good questions are asked and answered by other investors, and they have some good forms you can use in your business too.

Good luck!!!

Think Scott McGillivray has other books too, not just Cash Flow For Life. Have been looking around the web the past few days, figuring out if it's worth a read. Thanks for the info guys.

The book is better then "50 shades of Grey." Except, instead of Christian and Sex, you get Scott and Money. #Winning
