Hello, I Am A Guarantor For Person X For His Home Loan.unfortunately, This Person (x) Is Not Paying His Installments Regularly. Because Of This I Have Been Rejected For Personal Loan,saying That My Name Is Appeared In Cibil Report.

1. What. Action I Can Take Against The Person Who Is Defaulter.

2.how To Withdraw As Guarantor? Kindly, Help As Am Taking Loan For Medicinal/operation Expenditure.
