My dads mother died before I was Born and she has a plot in England big enough for 2 as the plan was she would be buried with her husband ( my dads father ) anyway this didn't happen and as he remarried and was buried elsewhere, my dads sister recently passed and request to have her ashes scattered on her mums grave, we all gathered to do this to be told that my we had no legal right !!! Because my grandfather left everything to his new wife, I've been left to deal with this and I have no idea where to start! I doubt she will willing hand over the grave of her late husbands ex wife! She's very cruel and made my grandfather change his will only 3 weeks before he died leaving her and her kids a whopping 2.2million in money and property while his own family saw nothing, the money doesn't bother us we just want the rights to the grave so that when all her children who didn't marry or have requested to be scattered over her. I just need to know where I start I've tried looking her up but she's remarried now !! I also contacted her solicitor to forward on a message but nobody has got back to me! Helpppp

The cemetery plot is of no value to her, if you contact her and" ask nicely" she may sign the rights over to you. If you make demands or accusations then she will just say no and there is nothing you can do about it. Good Luck
