HELP URGENTLY REQUIRED WITH EMPLOYMENT LAW/MATERNITY LAW FOR COURT APPEARANCE ON MONDAY!!!?

Hi, need any more legal advice quickly please as I am up in court after the weekend! I am taking my previous employer for sex discrimination for making my position redundant whilst I was 6 month pregnant. I have already been in the tribunal court with them to see if the case was even allowed to go ahead as I had put the claim in late - I won this because my baby and I nearly died after having her early so it was seen that I had a good reason for my delay!!!

Anyway, they are saying that my role was made "redundant" and not me which was kind of fair enough but I started getting uneasy when I seen another position within the company that I was very interested in and in the end, they never pursued this for me. I have the notes from the redundancy hearings where the HR Manager writes herself (on 2 of the meetings!) about finding out about another position I have seen within the company and then never gets back to me at all about this! It was as if, since I was due to go on maternity leave not that long afterwards, that they just didn't bother! Anyway, today I am receiving threatening phonecalls from an ADVOCATE that they are now using saying that I have no case at all and if I do not just walk away today, they will file for costs against me! I do not have a penny to my name and I do not even own my house (it is my husband!) - what can I do, if anything? I knew they would resort to downright bad bullying tactics but I am just determined to go all the way with this as they treated me terribly in the past too and I feel like I would never forgive myself if I don't try! They are a huge international company so I knew they would hire the best lawyers, etc! Any help greatly appreciated. I live in Scotland by the way. Thank you!

Why on earth are you doing this yourself. How can you possibly think you know enough about the law than the Advocates from a large company can employ. You should not have left it this long.
In England the job is made redundant NOT the person. Companies here do not have to offer you another position. Cannot see why you are fighting this, but good luck anyway.
UK.

EDIT: Whether your Solicitor works for legal aid or not makes no difference. All UK Solicitors undergo the same training and have access to the same Law books. Don't under estimate her. There seems to be an assumption on here that most firms in the UK have Unions, many do not.
