HOA and NationStar in AZ is single handidly killing my chances of fresh start!?

My home has been discharged from CH7 bankruptcy for two years this April and is now finally going to be foreclosed on this March 5th. The issue I have is the HOA billing me for the dues this entire time and racking up around 5k in dues. It is my understanding that the liens will be removed but unless the house sells for more than the amount due the debt will still be mine per AZ law. With the new protection agency is there not any relief from a situation whereas by no fault of the consumer debt was contrived due to the lack of effort or by knowingly avoiding responsibility by the servicer. I might add that NationStar has had the mortgage since July 2009 and I filed BK Dec 2009 and it discharged in April 2010. They have ran my credit as if I wanted to try to stay in the home and was continually contacting me as if I wanted to keep the home. Is there no recourse? Because of this it is single handidly killing me credit. The credit request hits by CBIC and lenders and the collections from HOA. Where is my protection?

You are in a tough situation as you well know especially with the H.O.A however there is an option you can review. These guys can work in tightime-lineses and since your situation is within 2 weeks, call these guys and they can work on your situation pronto at 888-925-0154. Give all of the details and they may can stop the foreclosure immediately and even clear up your credit situation so that it won't damage your credit. Hope this helps.
