Holiday apartment rental laws?

Me and some friends were thinking of renting a holiday apartment for a weekend; however, I'm currently unaware of the laws regarding age limits since some of us may not be classified as adults.

You would have to be 18, every single one of you. You'll probably need an adult to cosign for you.

If you are not an adult you have to be with a parent.

Most places require that you are 25 or older. It is not law though, only a standard requirement.
