How do I fix my laptop?

Long story short, your computer is at the point where the average user can't fix it anymore. Your best option is to either try for warranty repair, or take it to a local shop to get it fixed.

I can't tell you what's specifically wrong with it without either a much more detailed description, or looking at it. Boot issues of some kind I can tell, it can't get past the BIOS.

Can you provide any other details on what the screen shows? Are you able to use your PC at all? If you press CTRL+ALT+DELETE does anything happen? Please let me know so I can further help you... Also, have you tried booting into Safe Mode? Try it...

Press F8 while it is now booting and you will see a screen come up that looks like this:

Windows Advanced Options Menu
Please select an option:

Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking
Safe Mode with Command Prompt

Enable Boot Logging
Enable VGA mode
Last Known Good Configuration (your most recent settings that worked)
Directory Services Restore Mode (Windows domain controllers only)
Debugging Mode

Start Windows Normally
Reboot
Return to OS Choices Menu

Use the up and down arrow keys to move the highlight to your choice.

Select Safe Mode and press enter...

As said boot into safe mode with networking from there the first thing to try is a system restore, i had the metropolitan police jobby last night, just powered down booted into safe mode and restored to the day before, voila alls good. If this fails safe mode with networking and run your a/v software, download malwarebytes and run that as well, if you cannot get into safe mode you will need a 7 disk and try a repair

1. Determine the keyboard is faulty. Find a desktop keyboard with a USB connection and plug it into your laptop. If it does not work right away, then restart your laptop. Try typing on the desktop keyboard. If that keyboard works, then the problem isn't your motherboard or software. Instead, you will have to replace the keyboard.

2. Determine what model number you laptop is. The number is usually found on the manufacturer's sticker on the bottom. Search for a replacement keyboard that is specific to your laptop's model. Parts are found either on the laptop manufacturer's website, or on online stores such as Amazon. EBay sellers also list new or used laptop parts.

3. Find a parts or service manual that will tell you how to fix and repair your specific laptop. Otherwise, determine if your laptop's keyboard has any screws holding it in from the bottom of the laptop case. Check around the keyboard for clips and push them back if any exist. If there are no clips, and removing screws from the laptop's bottom does not cause the keyboard to come loose, then remove the plastic bezel pieces that surround the keyboard, starting with the one at the top. Find screws anchoring the keyboard inside and remove them.

4. Lift the keyboard up slowly. Look for where it is connected to the motherboard and gently disconnect the cable. Set the keyboard aside. Take out your new keyboard and connect it to the motherboard. If there is no connector end on the keyboard's cable, then gently pull the connector on the motherboard upward to open it and slide the cable in. Close the connector back over the cable. If the keyboard does have a connector at the end of its cable, then simply connect it to the motherboard's connector.

5. Position the laptop keyboard and then replace all screws and bezel pieces. Lock the clips back in if there are any. Power the laptop on, making sure the external keyboard is no longer plugged in, and test that the keyboard works. Check the keyboard cable connection if the keyboard still does not work.

Blah blah blah..... See this is happens when you purchase a HP. Sorry to say there is nothing you can do except replace the motherboard. Start the RMA process here.
