someone has a domain www.MYCOPYRIGHTEDTRADEMARKEDNAME.com

where MYCOPYRIGHTEDTRADEMARKEDNAME is my copyrighted trademarked name.

I want to forcefully take the domain away from them using legal means, and aside from hiring a lawyer I need to know exactly what to do.

You can give them a cease and desist so they can't USE it, but you cannot forcibly take away the domain name they own. You must buy it from them.

This happens all the time. People buy domain names that others might want in the future for very cheap, and then when they are wanted, sell them.

Have you actually formally registered copyright? Fairly costly and involves a lawyer.
Some people believe that just writing "copyright" on something makes it so

You need a lawyer. There is little or nothing you can do on your own except threaten.
