How do you fade but not remove a beauty mark at home (easy way)?

Postby adare » Wed Apr 25, 2012 2:16 pm

i have this beauty mark above my lip, just on the side of my philtrum and i don't really like it that much (it's kind of flat and round but it's not ugly)
it appeared when i was about 2-3 years old and it has been very slowly growing since then,
i think of it as a 'trademark' or how people remember me however i get really embarrassed when i talk to people because sometimes i know they are just looking at that :/
in the future, I don't think any boys would want to kiss me either because of it.
the reason i just want to fade it is that people will notice it is gone if i completely remove it because it's the only big spot on my skin,
any help?

You can have it removed. It doesn't really leave much of a scar, it just gets a bit shiny, nothing a bit of makeup can't fix. I wouldn't recommend fading it. It's a bit too dangerous if you ask me, because there's always the chance that you damage the surrounding skin or you get the chemical in your eyes or whatnot. It'll fade over time anyway. Don't worry, I have one right in the middle of my chin (which I'm getting removed thank god) so I know how you feel.
