The person UN friended me and is using.other peoples profiles to harass me. Also having other people say things from her profile. What can i do? Ready to rip my hair out!!!!!

If some of her comments are still on your message inbox then what you do is open the message and click 'Print Screen' on your keyboard and then paste the picture on Microsoft Word.

If she's only slandering you in her profile and you can't view it, try to get one of your friends who can see the comments and ask them to print screen the comments and paste it on Word.

But I don't know. You can't really get her arrested for "bullying" online. The best it'll do is get her suspended from school or suspended from Facebook.
