How do you sue yahoo for libel , mismanagement and a lot more ?

grief, loss of reputation, ID theft and Yahoo incapacity to do anything ?

You go to your local court house, fill out the paper work, and pay the fee. However, I would very strongly suggest you consult a lawyer first to make sure you actually have a case. Remember, Yahoo is a very large corporation with a lot of expensive lawyers on their payroll. You representing yourself is pretty much a death wish in that circumstance.

Before you do anything read the terms of service to which you agreed when you clicked I agree on joining Yahoo.We gave them permission to do pretty much anything other than hang us publicly. Winning a case against Yahoo for us working class heroes would be like me (70 years old) winning the Tour De France.
