As long as you are willing to bear allegiance to the Queen as sovereign of the Australian part of the realm then you will be admitted, as long as you also meet academic requirements. Keep in mind that Australians voted in 1999 to keep the Queen as sovereign who reigns over all the Australian people. Australians are rabidly devoted to the Queen and royal family since Australia is an outpost of the British Empire (now called Commonwealth). You will required to show similar devotion to Her Majesty and the royal family prior to being admitted to university in Australia.

You need a LOT of money to come here as an international student, because as an international student, you won't qualify for any monetary assistance and will be expected to pay your fees. These fees, for a a degree like that, would be around $20,000...a year.

Oh, and then you would need to be able to find accommodation - and accommodation in Canberra is EXPENSIVE, seriously - and pay your bills - again, Canberra is ludicrously expensive - and so on...
