How much can i expect my speeding ticket fine to be (in Georgia)?

I was going 13 mph over the limit. In georgia, no points are put on your license for anything under 14 over the limit. However, this is my second ticket in 1 month. My first ticket was in another county for going 19 over and it cost $150 ( i didnt have to go to court so i paid the fine online). In the county i received this ticket in I have to go to court because I am under 21. Im hoping the fine wont be more than the first ticket since it is 6 mph lower than the first. Also, because Im going to court Im wondering if they will reduce the speed with a guilty plea or offer other alternatives so i dont have to pay as much. For any locals of GA, I got the ticket in Johns Creek.
