In the US, law is a graduate degree only. You will have to go to law school before you can do corporate law. You do not need any business classes at all in undergrad (most corporate lawyers do not have business backgrounds) but if you are interested in business and business law you are better off with accounting or finance courses. People with those backgrounds are much more in demand than someone with nothing but a business administration course.
