my superior always likes to "twist" his words & likes to put his own imaginary words into your mouth to slander you....and spread the rumours. he always never reply any emails but will confront you personally. that's how & where he can play around his words & imaginations.
how to avoid such false accusations & protect myself?

How to deal with superior's unreliable words?

That is why most people uses e-mail!

You should always contact him via email, to protect yourself with black and white in case he twists your words.

But he is actually putting himself in a less favourable position by not replying e-mails, someone higher or same rank with him can easily twist his words.

Ultimately, just make sure you have emails to back-up yourself, or get a reliable colleague to support you.

Quitting is the only honorable thing to do if you have no respect for your superior and take the immature step of criticizing him/her on a worldwide Internet forum. If your supervisor saw your post, he/she could legitimately sue you for slander

If he comes up to you in person, simply say to him that if he has a grievance to address it in writing, and walk away. He simply cannot do anything about it.
