How to get money in USA to start a real estate business in India?

Is it possible for an NRI (Indian citizen living in USA) who has a permanent job (in USA) but no money for investment? What are the rules and laws to start such a business? I didn't get much information when i searched for corporate law and banks' rules about it. Serious and experienced answers please.

If you have no money, save some money and you'll have money. Then you can start your real estate business in India, or sell samosas on the moon.
