I can't activate windows 8 consumer preview?

i've installed windows 8 last week but i can't activate it. when i try to activate it it says "Windows can't be activated right now. Try activating windows later. If this issue persists, contact Microsoft Customer service and Support online to activate it". And i can go to internet but i can't use windows program which need internet. ex: weather,etc. ( My english is too bad please try to understand it)
