I have a question about getting days off if working 56 hours a week 7 days a week?

ok so i work 56 hours a week 7 days a week 8 hours a day. My boss never says anything about giving me a day off and i have to request a day off he said i can only take a day off once every other week. the last time i got a day oof was June 30th!!!!! i at least want a day off a week im exhausted and never have time for my life or family anymore. Isnt there a law about this or anything? Also, i have a punch in time card and i come in sometimes early and leave late and that adds up and he just puts 8 hours even for everyday, I added my hours up last week he put down that i worked 56 and i in fact worked 58. so hes not even calculating it right, and im making copies of all on my time cards and saving my check stubs. Im so fed up! is there anything I can do? i feel like im getting treated unfairly. Not to mention my coworker has worked here for 19 months and hes only had 3 days off in that time because he was moving, and the boss doesnt pay him over time and he works 7 days a week 56 hours week too! what can we do?! We work for a hotel franchise, so should we contact the mangement company? ive only been here for 2 months and im trying to stick it out for at least 6 months. Thank you for reading this.

You are being treated like slaves! He has no right to make you work those hours, and you are entitled to paid holidays. If you work more than 40 hours a week you are entitled to extra penalty rates. You really need to contact your local Labour office and make a formal complaint. Your employer should be jailed.

IF u in USA , contact your states labor
agencies for violation of work laws.
also google IRS.gov for criminal violation
of altering time card (criminal) - may get
u a reward.

then start looking for new jobs.
