Im not from here neither. Well here's the thing. I never received a first copy of my lease, i got one page with my family's name on it so i could go get my mailbox key which i ended up misplacing. Well after living here almost a month my then 3 month old started coughing which has now progressed to an upper resp infection, I've had several asthma attacks and so has my sister. I informed them that the carpet was dusty and needed to be cleaned well i ended up calling the state and they finally got the landlord to do somethings but maybe three days ago we opened the vents and there is black mold in it. I informed "Management" and she said once they get the list from the state did they would come back and do it. She also finally gave me a copy of my lease contract and this time it wasn't just one pg it was like ten pages that i had never seen before, also a lot was added to the first page that i did sign like for one it was dated for a yr lease, which i didn't agree to, the late fees was changed to 35 dollars plus 5 a day until its paid in full, and one of my family members name was removed from the lease when it was clearly added on the first pg that we received. Well as i stated i misplaced the first paper they gave me so the person that was doing management at that time who voluntary quit lives next door to me. She's the one who did my lease so she agreed to sign an affidavit because the lease was altered... Well after looking at the lease contract she didn't sign the lease with her name she forged her mother signature (her mother was also doing management) but her mother never looked at our lease she doesn't know what was and wasn't there. So now idk what to do or who to call nor if my lease is voided or if i get money back or anything like that. Please help

Sounds like you need to get a lawyer if half of what you say can be proven in a court of law. Otherwise, it's your word against theirs and what is on the lease will be what happens.
