The account was a complete joke, it was called Lemon Tart. I was joking around and being friendly with a lot people and someone got really offended (they started an argument between us, not me) and their mother got involved and threatened to go the police. The mother thinks it's someone else behind the account that has been giving that family some trouble for a few years. I blocked those people and status and I'm really considering deleting the account. What will happen? Australian law.

I don't live in Australia, but I do know they will most likely not find you or whatever. If anything, they will get the account removed. Last part? Someone else? Well, maybe that someone else will have a lousy day lol..

Nothing will happen your not bullying anyone the most they can do is get fb to delete the profile..FB is full of fake accounts don't worry about it :)

probably track down your ip address and see which house it is registered to (This is possible as they can access ISP companies in the name of law and see your address) or they could just remove the account XD

As long as you delete the account they can't do anything

If you were harassing someone through that account that is considered harassment and cyber stalking which is a crime. If you used another person's photos without their permission that is copyright infringement and invasion of privacy which is illegal

Normally if the page is deleted and you don't contact the person again there will be no charges filed
