I need someone to clear up this law stuff for me?

Ok so there's my parents bankruptcy lawyer and they are in a joint case together here's the thing, she doesn't wanna talk to my mom and tells her to get out of her office when she's by herself. However, when my dad tries to contact her she wants to talk to him. There's also the time about my dad's gf who got a call from the lawyer and she told her everything about the bankruptcy, but didn't tell my mom a thing. Is this normal for a lawyer to do?

No, that isn't normal. This doesn't sound right.

Sometimes, when one of the people is particularly annoying, the lawyer won't want to see that person individually. If your mother was spending the time venting about all the stupid things your father wasted money on, the lawyer doesn't want to spend time listening.
